The first few nights that I applied Erycette, also known as Ery 2% Pads, my skin started feeling smoother and less oily. This supplement wasn't one of my favorites. Even though I did recover quickly after workouts, and though I noticed more definition, I think the majority of it was water weight (I gained a lot of weight very quickly when I started using it). I know that many people swear by this stuff, but I don't think I would recommend it. Being able to eat after a workout is more important than creatine intake.

I felt like I had taken the wrong medicine. I got worse. for about 2 weeks and then for another3-4 weeks of and on I had attacks. the anxiety was the worst I ever had. I really thought I was going mad. Until I finally convinced myself and lots of theropy that it was working. I also have sharp zaps in the head still to this day. I,ve been on it for about 3 months. I have no sex drive, either.. also I have been MOODY. I'm like the work cheerleader, so being moody is not working with me or my co-workers or the boyfriend. I am switching next week.
