am a Diabetic. In 2002 I was Damaged by Gentamicin and Clindamycin IV Antibiotics and had Muscle and Bone Pain really bad. I have Very Bad Vertigo. Have been taking Topamax for about 5 years for migraines. At one point I was up to 300 mg/day but am now down to 200 mg/day. This medication has been challenging at times. I have experienced all the typical side effects to varying degrees. The most challenging side effect for me is the speech aphasia that I experience.
