I took Lunesta for several months, Literally every morning I forgot what happened the previous night. I have woken up twise having had cut drastic ammounts of my hair in the night time and forgetting. It wasn't always like a blackout but it was very extremely fuzzy of a memory every morning. I have been using Gymnema as part of a herbal tablet (along with chromium, B12, Glucomannan, etc) for a few months and took it twice per day. It gave me better numbers but not as good as I would like, and some consistency in my readings. Recently I changed to a capsule - hard as heck to swallow - that is a higher dosage. Taken 20mg for post traumatic head injury. At first great-headache gone but got very groggy in the morning, had real sugar cravings, heart rhythm problems and just not feeling quite on the earth. So have cut to 10mg for 3 days and stopped altogether today. Yeah I know you are not meant to stop but I think this drug is not that good for me,now the headaches are much better. Here's hoping anyway!!

This is the first drug I have taken that has made me feel better in YEARS. I have had depression/anxiety issues and Anorexia Nervosa for far too many years and this is the first time a drug has lifted my depression, lessened my anxiety and did not effect my weight all at once. This is an effective product. I have so far not had any side-effects or problems. My thyroid level testing has always come back consistent - which gives me the assurance the medicine is working. I highly recommend this product (...and recommend ignoring the internet campaign to bash it and all the sythethic thryoid medicines).
