I was switched to Othro Tri-Cyclen after complaining of headaches from my other perscription birth control, it has helped decrease these adverse affects, but it has not helped with cramping pain (as they say it will).

I found that I am very sensitive to sunlight, much more so than with regular Doxycycline, and need to use sunblock. When I first started taking it, I was out in the sun all day and applying 55 sunblock periodically, and the next day started itching where the sunlight had hit. The following days, it became red and then rather scaley.

I was on Junel for a 2 or 3 years. I absolutely loved it. I went through a year and a half of hit and misses with many different types of birth controls. I did not gain weight, I actually lost a lot of weight and maintained a great weight or have depression. Advil liquid gels are helpful sometimes when I take it. i take it for cramps but i have mild drowsiness and dizziness sometimes. Also, sometimes after I take it, I lose my appetite or my digestion changes. Overall it is slightly helpful when it comes to cramps or pain relief.

I've had insomnia on and off for most of my life, the worst was when I didn't sleep for three weeks (unbelievable, right?) This product worked really well for me for a couple weeks, but I get immune to things quickly (like melatonin, everything else). My insomnia is better overall (actually because I am no longer dehydrated - separate symptom), but whenever I am feeling anxious and worried about sleep for a night, I take one of these and can be pretty confident that it will help.

Percocet makes me very ichy, nausea, vomiting, weightloss but it takies the pain away enough so that i can sit, stand and use my crutches with out pain, but with out them i have sleepless nights, hot and cold sweats and pain beyond anything i could have imagined.
