I have been on Simcor @1000mg/20mg for 1 year and my test results in the lab are meeting mine and Dr.'s goals set but I emphasize lab reports. My grandfather has taken Niaspan for a little over 2 years, he started within the last month with more moderate waking up at night a flushing. I was switched to Othro Tri-Cyclen after complaining of headaches from my other perscription birth control, it has helped decrease these adverse affects, but it has not helped with cramping pain (as they say it will).
