I am 28 yrs. old. I have been taking this product for a few months and am building muscle again. I am no longer sleeping 19 hrs. out of a 24 hr day so my energy is back. I wasted 2 yrs trying to find out why I was tired all the time till I found a doc smart enough to test. Always get that to young for that comments. The only thing I hate is applying cream all the time. The new six month time released shot is looking promising. Can't wait for that.

I was originally prescribed pills that only contained 0.030 mg of synthetic estrogen for extremely painful cramps (and also hoped that they would help control some of my bad acne). I experienced some breast tenderness, and the acne hardly cleared as we had hoped. I was soon switched to MonoNessa, which has 0.035 mg of the estrogen in it, and I think it has worked wonderfully. I did not experience any breast tenderness (even though I did see some further breast development, which was unexpect... View full comment

The only thing I have to complain about is the headache/migraine side effects that I experienced when I first began taking it. I'm only nervous about potential long-term side effects that I've read about.

So far, it seems to have helped lower my choesterol, and I haven't noticed any side effects. I was taking 10mg daily, but I was concerned about possible liver damage and requested my doctor lower the prescription to 5mg.

This medication changed my life. I almost failed high school. I got my BA-MA-Phd in late 30's on a 10-15 cup of coffee/day habit. Once I got a full-time job I was so exhausted from staying focused that i slept most weekends. For many years I could never figure out quite what was wrong with me/why I couldn't stay in the moment. It doesn't completely keep me focused--I still have to eat right and exercise--but it helps immensely at work and in my everyday life I can actually pay attention... View full comment

This drug makes me sleepy, drowsy and tired, right after I take it. And I usually take it after breakfast. I was taking one tablet before, and I went to the doctor to told him about the side effects of the drug. He advised me to rest for about 10-15 minutes after breakfast. I tried it, and I felt better somehow. He also reduced the posology to 1/2 tablet, and he told me to go and look online for more information about the drug . He also said that the side effects could be due to the fact t... View full comment
