When I first started Effexor (at 37.5mg), it was like a Godsend. I felt immediately like things were going to change with my life. am a Diabetic. In 2002 I was Damaged by Gentamicin and Clindamycin IV Antibiotics and had Muscle and Bone Pain really bad. I have Very Bad Vertigo.
