It improved my breathing with only using one puff per day and lasts over 24 hrs. I recently discontinued Seroquel (last month) because of some mild tardive dyskinesia (in the form of mouth tics). The tics worsened after I stopped taking the medicine, but quickly improved and are now almost 100% gone.
