Since taking these tablets I have had headaches everyday which often turn into a migrain. Not sure why but my periods have also stopped (no I am not preganat). I always have had regular periods until taking these tablets. I also take a high dosage of thyroxine.

Very effective when taken as recommended, gets rid of nauseous feeling and stops the vomitting i about half an hour at the most. But is needed to be repeated if it does not work in cases of extreme food poisoning or vomitting.

Where do I begin. My daughter Danielle is 23 years old. October of 2007 she received the 2nd Gardasil vaccine and shortly after became very ill. She experiences migraines, saying her brain hurts, passing out (syncope), numbness in hands and feet, tingling, limbs contracting, hands like claws, seizures, rolling eyes, foaming from mouth, confusion, heart palations. Niacin

I've taken only immediate release niacin. With twice a day dosing, I've never had any liver issues. Every time I try three times a day dosing, I eventually get elevated liver enzymes.

I have suffered from migraine's and daily headaches for the last 30 years and am currently seeing a specialist who has come to the end of their recommendations. Last year I visited the US and whilst out witout my usual headache medication bought the Excedrin Extra Strength Express Gels. I didn't use them until about a month ago when I was having a particularly bad period of headaches and migraines and out of desperation looked in my medicine cupboard for something/anything to ease the pain.... Carbimazole

I have had Graves disease for twomyears now. The first approach was a gradully reducing dose of carbimazole, from 40mg down to 5mg. This took approximately a year. I tolerated the carbimazle well, though can relate the commentsvre metallic taste in the mouth and and upset tummy at dose change time. This lasted approximately three days until my body adjusted.
