I took one Zylfamend PM (only half the recommended dosage). I felt better the next day in terms of noticeably less body aches and less fatigue. I knew beforehand that ginger and turmeric are very "heating" herbs and will throw my ying/yang off balance. As expected, I had dry mouth for two nights (need to keep waking up to drink water or suck a lozenge in my mouth all night), and pimples popped out. It's my favorite! Non-addictive, no side effects and it always makes me feel better the longer I'm on it. It's the best anti-depressant, anxiety help I could ever think of. Plus, I think it made me lose extra weight. I like NOW brand, not very expensive. It has gotten me through the last two winters with minimal seasonal affective disorder symptoms.

I have a very hectic and stressful life - Xanax brings a peace and calm to me that I cannot naturally develop. It allows me to keep my life balance and has definitely helped me out greatly. The only down side is that I have to be careful mixing alcohol with the drug. It's not pretty when you do!

Sudafed is one of the best cold medications. It's a pill instead of a liquid which is a plus, so it's easy to take. It greatly reduced my headaches, runny nose, cough, sore throat, etc. It left me feeling mildly drowsy, but it's worth it.
