I have been using Gymnema as part of a herbal tablet (along with chromium, B12, Glucomannan, etc) for a few months and took it twice per day. It gave me better numbers but not as good as I would like, and some consistency in my readings. Recently I changed to a capsule - hard as heck to swallow - that is a higher dosage. THe Aloe was mixed with ginger, getting nutrients and cleansing basically detox. It tasted really bad n side effects.. got me pretty nauseous for a week afterwards! Didnt like anything bout it

I was on orthrotricyclen lo for a year and i constantly got yeast infections. I went through many medications but it would only clear up for about a month. I went to my gyno and she perscribed me to femcon fe this is my second month on it and I have not had a yeast infection since. The only difference is that my periods are super light and only last for like two days which is odd for me. I was actually wanting to know if that was normal.
