I thought Midrin was discontinued. Then I found http://www.Midrin.org and was able to acquire some by asking for the generic name Epidrin. Thank god!

I was given Flexeril to help with my neck and facial spasms and it really helped. The first week I felt its 'buzz' but after that I just get my muscle relaxation.

Site reactions were very bad, lumps and bruises that lasted for weeks. I developed Raynaud's syndrome and had white fingers almost daily until I switched to Avonex, no more problems. The flu like symptoms were horrible and the day after I had NO energy so I ended up being sick most of the week.

I was prescribed these when I had a stomach bug and they stopped my diarrhea immediately! It does make you a little drowsy but I will take that over the diarrhea anyday!

I took ONE shot of 3.75mg Lupron Depot prior to fibroid surgery and still have an enlarged abdomen / bloating / fluid retention nearly one year later. I weigh only 91 pounds but my formerly flat stomach sticks out like a baby bump. What's worse, it's very uncomfortable. My clueless doctor suggested I wear Spanx (what, forever?) and even that didn't hold my abdomen in. It's a hormonal issue. Advil works to relieve all kinds of pain. Last time I took it was for an earache but I had to take two in order for it to work.

So far, it seems to have helped lower my choesterol, and I haven't noticed any side effects. I was taking 10mg daily, but I was concerned about possible liver damage and requested my doctor lower the prescription to 5mg.
