I have been taking Lybrel for just over a year. I noticed my eyebrows thinning and initially thought it was due to a bad wax job. However, they have continued to thin dramatically. The first day I started taking Celexa (20mg/per day) I got theee worst jaw chenching. I yawned probly 20 times or more in an hour, and at night when I was going to bed I was sooo tired, I layed down, I could NOT sleep. I layed in bed for four hours trying to sleep, tossing and turning.

Ibuprofen works when I need minor pain relief, although I cannot say whether or not it works because of the actual drug in the pills or as a result of the placebo effect. Either way, it makes me feel better and they're non-addictive (to me at least), so I will stand by my Ibuprofen

MASSIVE headache with just one pill. So bad even my teeth hurt. Wiped out the cough for about 12 hours, though. This isn't a drug for me, and I won't be taking it again nor will I recommend it. Might work for you.
