I'm on my second pack of LoSeasonique and I've still been having a monthly period, except it's lighter but about two days longer. I am taking Moringa to help with calcium uptake as I cannot take dairy products (lactose intolerance) or elemental calcium due to family history of cardiac disease and arterial sclerosis.
