I've been taking levora for 1 and 1/2 months and have noticed a change in my personality. My self-confidence has lowered, I always feel fatigued, and overall depressed. I have diabetes, treated with oral and insulin. Also treated for high trigycerides, high cholesterol, and bp. Carving for sugar has increased, gained 10# and all readings have jumped up remarkably since starting this medication. At first it helped the pain in my hands and generalized/overall aching pain. Over a year ago (9/2008) I fell very badly on concrete, with my left leg bent underneath me. I am using it for almost 2 months - 250 mg twice daily. It definitely have some effect both on libido enhancing and erectile dis-function. But I am not sure whether it has any adverse effect on prostate with long term effect.
