I believe that propecia is a great drug. For me personally, I have no side effects. Even though it hasnt been 100 percent successful, I believe it has made a difference compared to other products in the market. I believe that its too expensive, one of the negatives of this drug.

For greatest effectiveness, should be prepared as an infusion. The standard preparation is about 4 oz per liter of boiling water infused for at least 4 hours. Lengthy infusion extracts a large amount of the minerals that contribute to a healthy nervous system and bone health (calcium, magnesium, etc) that you don't really get from extracts, capsules etc

Hi Kumar, There are some great ayurvedic (indian medicine) herbs for blood pressure that DON'T have side effects. Amla is a good one to start with, but tripaila is good too. You might want to check with any ayurvedic doctor. There should be some in Singapore, check the auyervedic section of this site. I take Benadryl D for Sinus and Allergies and on occasion, Benadryl Severe Allergy and Sinus Headache. I find that Benadryl does NOT work in hot or humid weather and my nose becomes very stuffy. For Benadryl to take FULL effect, I need to be in a very cold room around 70 degrees. Also, the effects wear off every 4 hours or so and the stuffiness in my nose increases with the intake every four hours instead of decreasing.
