I am a 52 year old male. All negative symtoms are mild and could be due to other causes. If I stop taking Lexapro for a day or two I immediately notice reduced patience, being unduly bothered and reaction excessively to minor irritants and general non specific anxiety. In general I go from being a nice person to being very intolerant. Once I resume Lexapro these symptoms quickly go away (1 day).

I used Zicam a lot whenever I started to feel sick, and I think it worked (it can be hard to tell because the cold was only developing, but it never got any worse). Unfortunately, I used the Zicam Q-tips as well and lost some of my sense of smell. Now I do not enjoy food as much because I cannot taste it.

I have had normal blood pressure, top number in the 120's-130's, bottom # in the 70's, all of my life, and now that I have been on Yaz for a year my numbers have absolutely skyrocketed. Now I'm getting readings anywhere from the 140's over 80's all the way up to the 190's over 90's! Nothing else has changed, no weight gain, no other drugs or medical condition that could explain the sudden rise. I was on 125 mg and reduced down to 100 mg over about 4 weeks (yes very slowly) and my jerky limbs side effects have gotten worse. I also find my sleeping patterns are all over the place. But I feel so much better than before that I don't want to stop taking them.

I am 43 and after 21 years without seeing a physician, my family convinced me to see a doctor after I started suffering from depression. After the exam and bloodwork, my bp was 130\70 and all blood levels were normal. My doctor prescribed Wellbutrin and scheduled a follow up visit in 3 weeks. I felt like I had taken the wrong medicine. I got worse. for about 2 weeks and then for another3-4 weeks of and on I had attacks. the anxiety was the worst I ever had. I really thought I was going mad. Until I finally convinced myself and lots of theropy that it was working. I also have sharp zaps in the head still to this day. I,ve been on it for about 3 months.
