I'm a 42 yrs., and suffer from endometriosis. Heavy periods, and extreme cramps and bloating for up to 8 days. I have refused to use BC for approximately 10 yrs. because of all the side effects. I'm very sensative to BC, weight gain, moodiness, anxiety. My pain and discomfort was no longer tolerable, I had to do something. I've been taking the pill since July 26th. Ambien is great, it helps me sleep much better. The only thing that I dont like about it is that it makes me a little groggy in the morning and sometimes I get up in the middle of the night and eat.
