It is very effective, like the other drugs I used to take for malaria. But whoever decides to take this drug should be ready to deal with the side effects which are fatigue, nausea, and sometimes diarrhea

I HAVE HAD FAIRLY GOOD SUCCESS AFTER THE FIRST WEEK SIGNIFICANTLY MINIMIZING THE FLUSHING AND ITCHING IF I EAT A SMALL CUP OF PARFAIT OR LOW CAL YOGURT BEFORE I GO TO BED ALONG WITH ONE ASPIRIN OR ALLEVE. SAMS NOW SELLS OVER THE COUNTER NIAPSPAN TABLETS THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO FLUSH FREE. I BELIEVE THE NIASPAN D WEBSITE CAUTIONS PEOPLE TO NOT ABRUPTLY SWITHCH FROM NIASPAN D TO REGULAR NIASPAN.

I was originally prescribed pills that only contained 0.030 mg of synthetic estrogen for extremely painful cramps (and also hoped that they would help control some of my bad acne). I experienced some breast tenderness, and the acne hardly cleared as we had hoped. I was soon switched to MonoNessa, which has 0.035 mg of the estrogen in it, and I think it has worked wonderfully. Melatonin only seems to work for a couple times. Then my body must get used to it, because it stops working for insomnia.
