I went on Moban in December 2009. It helped me at first but after a while, I have become more dysfunctional with my daily jobs such as showering and brushing my teeth. I have been struggling more with my school. I have lost weight which is a positive for me. But I also have had headahces causing me to take Ibuprofen up to 3 times a day at times. MY muscles have become stiff but my doc says it is not tardivdyskinesia because it is only one side of my body(1 leg,1 arm, 1 foot etc)

I am not a moody or depressed person, but since taking this specific birth control I have been having the worst mood swings ranging from being being easily irritated to sad/depressed for no known reason. I have also been experiencing an unusual amount of acne breakouts and irregular periods. I used to have a clockwork 28 day cycle, now my period will be MIA for 30 days at a time, every 2-3 months. Took just one capsule because it was recommended as a natural way to reduce arterial inflammation and prevent heart disease for which I have genetic predisposition. Had heart palpitations/strong heartbeat from that dose 4 times. The effect was felt within and hour of taking Zyflamend. I am stopping taking it.

Started out with 50mg 2x daily for a week, with no improvement. 2nd week took 75mg 2x daily with some good improvement in numbness/tingling. Third wee took 100mg 2xdaily and was so dizzy, could not walk in straight line. Had to hold on to the wall to walk. Only took 3 doses and had to stop. Went back to 50mg till I can get off it. Ataivan works better but does cause some drowziness.

I have been pleased with the results - Dr. prescribed Valtrex to "shorten" any outbreaks, but so far, have not had any outbreaks. I had been taking 1 gm pill for about two months, then lessened the dosage to .5 gm.

This birth control has been effective in preventing pregnancy, but has not completely alleviated my menstrual cramps. I like that I can take this medication continually without spotting or menstruating and that it has a low dosage of hormones.

My experience with Naproxen Sodium has been good. I was prescribed naproxen sodium, because of inflammation in my sinuses. Sometimes I will wake up and have such bad sinus headaches that it is hard to function. I have noticed that Naproxen Sodium works faster and more effective than your basic Tylenol or Ibuprofen to relieve headaches and inflammation. I did not experience any side effects while taking naproxen sodium.
