I have been on lipitor since Dec. 2008 and I was having pain in my legs. I told my Doctor in March 2009 the last time and he reassured me that it was unlikely to be lipitor. I continued to take it until April 26, 2009. Days before the pain had gotten so bad that I couldn't sleep, stand ,walk or sit. When I was still I had a dull throbbing pain in my muscles. Advil has worked for me every time that I experience a congestion when I have a cold. I take Advil because it helps me get to bed and sleep comfortably at night. I don't have to worry about having breathing problems.

My doctor had told me that my tyroid was under performing and that my other medications would not work as well with that so he prescribed me this medication. He told me that my tyroid levels are getting better so I am satisfied with that.
