i was actually diagnosed with PCOS which would lead to diabetes. This medicine regulated my suger quite effectively and allowed my body to regulate and reduce the symptoms of PCOS thereby keeping me from becoming diabetic.

Experienced moderate flushing during my first usage but it occured 12 hours after taking the pill. It was a scary experience because I thought any side effects would hit a lot sooner. Flushing occurred about 4 hours after taking a pill the second day; this time I noticed my knees and ankles turning red - flushing was limited to face, neck, arms the first day. Absolutely hate it, went from working out 5days/week to almost zero. I barely even have a period if any, which worries me of pregnancy. I have gained 10 lbs in the past 3 months. A lot more moody.

Cyclobenzaprine did help relieve my pain and my muscle spasms, however I believe that the negative side effects outweighed the benefits of the medication. Almost immediately after ingesting half of the recommened dose, I began to feel extremely drowsy. I fell asleep for an extended period of time, and when I woke up, I did not feel rested and I could have slept for several more hours. I have suffered from asthma my whole life and depended on inhalers when I had an attack. Sometimes the attacks were so bad I was put in the hospital. Since I started taking accolate I have not had any serious attacks or been hospitalized for asthma. It has worked great for me and I only use an inhaler when needed for minor asthma attacks.
