Strong raspberry leaf infusions are the ONLY thing that has ever relieved my menstrual cramps and accompanying symptoms, such as nausea and diarrhea. Pharmaceuticals have never helped my cramps. I am 36 year old female and was diagnosed hyperthyroidism 10 months after having a baby. I have had a good experience with Claritin-D 12 hour. There are some mornings that I wake up and can barely open my eyes, because they are so swollen from allergies. I can't even function on days like that with out clarintin-D. I will have a runny nose, watery eyes, puffy eyes, and will be constantly sneezing until I take a claritin-D 12 hour, and I feel 10 times better. It worked for my cough pain. It just made me severely sleepy so I could only take 1 dose a day to function. And it also made me have some realistic nightmares which may show I'm sensitive to the drug.
