Well it worked to prevent pregnancy because there was no way I could've gotten pregnant when I couldn't even have sex since I basically had my period for a month! I took one Zylfamend PM (only half the recommended dosage). I felt better the next day in terms of noticeably less body aches and less fatigue. I knew beforehand that ginger and turmeric are very "heating" herbs and will throw my ying/yang off balance. As expected, I had dry mouth for two nights (need to keep waking up to drink water or suck a lozenge in my mouth all night), and pimples popped out. I have taken this for 1 year and it had went really good, i went for my annual check-up last week and Saturday i started my cycle 9 to 10 days early. Hardcore withdrawl symptoms even if you just take your dose a couple of hours late. Missing an entire daily dose can cause extreme anger issues with suicidal thoughts and hallucinations, particularly in your peripheral vision.

Umcka is available in many forms. I have found them equally useful and have had no side effects. My favorite is the hot drink powder because it's nice to have a hot drink when you're feeling sick.
