I have been on it for about a year. It is convenient and I can trust its efficacy. My allergies improved however the drug would make me drowsy sometimes mild sometimes strong. the drug also affected my sleep, i would have nightmares.difficulty sleeping i dont sleep that much anymore.i stopped it for a while but my lack of sleep continued, i'm not satisfied with the drug but it is the drug that helps. My daughter's life has been forever changed since taking Gardasil - she only took two of the injections before the severe reactions left her bedridden with multiple severe reactions, including seizures, blurred vision, loss of muscle use in her legs, GI tract problems, chronic fatigue, light sensitivity, muscle tremors, breathing difficulties, severe head pressure/super migraines, to name just a few...

I use this ingredient as part of an Ayurvedic Sleep tea. This combination of Holy Basil, common herbs and Ashwaganda and Gotu Kola has helped greatly with my sleep problems. Insomnia used to be a problem 3-4 times a week. Now it is rare to occasional.
