For the first year that I was taking Yaz it was great - regular and much lighter periods, zero cramps, zero PMS. It was really wonderful considering I used to have very heavy and irregular periods, extremely horrible cramps, and pretty bad PMS (irritability, mood changes, bloating, fatigue, appetite increase, etc.). had to get off it and switch to boniva as it was reacting with my zoloft. i was getting depressed for no reason after taking it for almost a year. no data on it from the company but i have a friend who had the very same problem much better after taking boniva now

My doctor, after drawing and evaluating my blood, suggested that I take an iron supplement. The supplement was an over the counter one, having 150% of the daily value of iron needed in a healthy diet. Since I hardly need meat, she suggested that I buy something with a percentage that high. I've been on Retin-A before and didn't have much success, but I was recently put on it again and have been a lot more successful with it. No real complaints minus the fact that it does not clear up old scarring.
