I have been taking the 40 mg for many years now and in the past 3 months I was told to take another 40 mg and to split it in half so that I am taking 60 mg. I did not like this as much because I would feel more comfortable taking a 60 mg pill, but since they do not make that I will see if this help my level get back in place.

The constipation and change of appetite was un tolerable. I was taking pain killers for another problem and had to then sit really in pain due to extreme constipation, belly, abdomen, anus pain. I have had a rough year, worsened by this. With this side effect, your digestive system is changed drastically and I can no longer eat what I want when I want as it can be too rich and cause dia or constipation, whereas before I had never had any problems. :( I now have a fat belly that I have never... I love it! I have had seasonal allergies for the last 2 years that has caused me to have asthma. (Note I'm 34 and never had asthma before in my life!) In March my allergies start so I start using the twisthaler before my symptoms get to bad and it helps every time. I have never had to use a rescue inhaler. I usually use the twist for about a month and im good until September when my other allergies kick in! I truly recommend it.
