Benadryl is great also with the itching you get the next couple days after your sunburn. It is the antihistamine that helps. Also, benadryl is great for poison ivy. The diphenhydramine helps me sleep at night and the antihistamine helps clear the poison ivy up from the inside out. Great product!

Worked great as an addition to another SSRI when I was having trouble with early morning wakefulness. Actually took care of that problem very quickly and I was very pleased with the outcome. This remained in a steady-state for about 6 months and then I noticed that I was feeling excessively tired during the day and had severe trouble focusing and concentrating. Xyzal should be taken off the market. I know as with all medication there are side affects but none compared to the very bad hallucinations which put me in the hospital. I reported Xyzal to the FDA. The hallucinations I can compare to would be like being on LSD if anybody knows what LSD feels like. The funny thing about this is only took 2 5mg tablets and had 5 days of hallucinations so everyone should be aware of the side affects of this and all medications

Definately helped me to stabilize my moods. When my spouse is gone though I can have bouts of suicidal thoughts, lack of energy. Need a booster with it. Very dysfunctional if a dose is missed in 12 hrs- dizzy, heart palpatations, unbalanced severely. But my life is still better with it
