This was a very, very bad experience. I was completely unable to sleep longer than 1 hour at a time. Over the 5 months I was taking this, that sleep loss added up. I was tired all the time, could not eat due to severe nausea, and saw things that were not there (this was confirmed by my husband). It works very well for me. I have a few problems with it but overall its good. its given me some diarreah, pain in the stomach, headaches, indigestion and some white-looking poop
