I'm 31 and have had nephrotic syndrome with flares every 6 months since I was 2. Bone density test shows my bones are stronger than most healthy people, but I drink a lot of milk. When I'm on Prednisone I cut salt out of my diet as much as possible (there's a lot of salt in milk) knowing that the more I eat, the more I will swell. I have not experienced any sideeffects or bad reactions to AZOR. I tried Benicar for 3 weeks but it did not lower the my diastolic BP. Before Benicar I had values of 150/85. With Benicar 130/90. The AZOR numbers are consistantly 100/64. I documented all results in an excel spreadsheet and gave them to my doctor. I use a blood pressure cuff just like the Dr uses and a Littman scope. My weight is 170lbs, ht 5ft 9 in. I give AZOR an A+

I do not take pomegranate on too regular of a basis, but I feel that the results I have seen in myself are not just a result of pomegranate use but by a combination of pomegranates and other supplements.

This has helped amazingly. I no longer get the painful cramps I used to get and I'm less moody during that time of month. Only side effect has been a very dry vagina. Makes sex tough sometimes, but not all the time.
