Cymbalta was the -worst- experience I've ever had with mental health medicine. I've suffered from depression for 12 years and tried many medications but Cymbalta, by far, has the -worst- side effects to any drug I've ever tried. Granted the pharmacy made a mistake, but the mistake was in my favor! They gave me half the dosage they were supposed to (which was 30mg of Cymbalta) which was the appropriate dosage. I recieved a cortiosone injection in my shoulder yesterday and almost 5 minutes after having it done I had nausea and the worst headache I have ever had. I also was very weak. I tried to work but had to come home and once I did a slept from 2pm - 8pm when I woke up with a 102.1 fever. I took 1000 mg of tylenol and it still didnt break my fever. I was on 125 mg and reduced down to 100 mg over about 4 weeks (yes very slowly) and my jerky limbs side effects have gotten worse. I also find my sleeping patterns are all over the place. But I feel so much better than before that I don't want to stop taking them.
