Hawthorn Berry

During the spring and summer I use tincture of fresh Hawthorn leaves and flowers. During the winter I switch to the fresh berry tincture. My blood pressure used to be 140+/98+ on a pretty regular basis with occasional peaks up to 200/120. After a couple of months taking Hawthorn tincture my usual bp is below 120/80 (typically 117/ 76) with occasional spikes up to 150/94. My heart murmur has also disappeared and I rarely notice any irregular heart beats.

Positives: Works fast, not a pain killer... so there are no groggy side effects. Used for several years without any problems. Negatives: Quite expensive even with insurance. No generic equivalent available.

Dexedrine

Dexedrine can act as an appetite suppressant. Although some may take advantage of this characteristic, I find that if I don't keep protein and small meals going and drink a lot of water I become edgy and nervy. Even if you don't feel hungry it is better to have a little something healthy (not sugary as this spikes and drops energy levels). I suffered from general anxiety disorder, mild OCD, and occasional depression and went on Lexapro when I was 18. After about 2 weeks I started noticing improvement and after about 6 weeks I noticed the full effects. My anxiety caused me to have a lot of problems going to sleep and after starting lexapro those issues went away and I was able to sleep much better. Vesicare has helped me with my over active bladder. Frequent bathroom visits etc. I can now go out and not worry that I might have an accident. At first I had very dry mouth which seems to have lessened. Indigestion was somewhat mild in beginning and I now do not notice it. It seems to have somewhat gone away. Consitpation is not a problem. It's working on my Prostate Cancer, lowering my PSA from 141 to 75 in one month. Nothing else is working on this aggrressive cancer. Doctors sayif it And it is, that I can add another year to my life. And that's better than the two months or so that I was looking at.
