I have been taking 2 mg xanax for over ten years. I stop taking it every once in a while after reading negative effects . It helps me with my constipation. I do have a hard time when trying to get off of it. I experience nausea, and become quite ill for about 4 days. I do not know if I should stay on it or not . I would like to know if there is any long term effects on being on it for an extended length of time.

My daughter had two of the three injections. Before Gardasil she was in excellent health. I have tried a few different birth controls in the past year and nothing seemed to work for me. the first 2 months on FemconFE were fine.
