I have been using nuvaring over 4 months now. Have experienced no problems. I feel that a lot of complaints from other users is from incorrect use and from unhealthy individuals trying to use a hormonal method. I think that if you are healthy (not overweight, excercise regularly, etc.) before use than you will have less side effects. My worst experience with Ibuprofen has been the development of the upper gastric pain. I think I may have developed an ulcer because I've been using it for so long for my migraine headaches. I also think I've developed other stomace/digestive problems as a result of taking it for so long.
