just an FYI. If you feel a Yeast infection coming on put about TBSN of Apple cider vinegar in cup of water and douche once. It works wonders for me. Hopefully it will work wonders for you too. Or alternatively, you can use about 1-2 drops tea tree oil in tbsn of melted coconut oil and dip a plastic tampon in it - let it soak it up for 20-30 minutes and use overnight. I got poison ivy and it was still bothering me after I put cream on it. So before going to school I took it, but it made really drowsy the whole day. I would take it again, but not before going to school.

I take xanax as well as concerta and they seem to work well together. I started taking a half .025, then the whole tables and now I feel like I need a little more. That bothers me as I don't like to take medicine but do realize that I feel better, especially mentally, when I take the meds.
