I have used creatine for muscle mass building purposes. I would take the supplement immediately following my workout routine. I am fairly satisfied with the results of the supplement, as I have been able to increase my strength gradually over the past few years. I noticed a significant drop off in my energy (usually equating to as much as 10 pounds off maximum bench press) when I had not had creatine the day before.

THE BEST PILL EVER, IT HAS CHANGED MY LIFE COMPLETELY FOR THE BETTER. I AM FREE TO BE NORMAL. WITH OUT MOOD SWINGS, HARSH CRAMPING, IRRITABLE, CONSTANT WEIGHT GAIN FROM BLOATING AND MONTHLY FOOD AND ALCOHOL CRAVINGS. ALL GONE HAVE LOST 15 POUNDS. IN THE BEST HEALTH IF MY LIFE. terrible experience. i was just so tired all the time that wasn't right. my energy level was really low and i did gain more than 6lb in two months. i stop with the pill after my secound month. it was a nightmare!

My experience with Rebif has been a short, but pleasant one. I have had none of the usual symptoms that those who take Rebif may have. The only thing that I don't like about Rebif is the fact that they are in injection form.

I have had Asthma my whole life, and I take this two times a day. I do not get any side effects from it but sometimes it does not work. I recommend it to anyone with Asthma because it helps me breathe much better.
