I am taking Moringa to help with calcium uptake as I cannot take dairy products (lactose intolerance) or elemental calcium due to family history of cardiac disease and arterial sclerosis. Used following back surgery. Very effective in controlling pain. Have gradually reduced daily dosage without increase in pain. Plan to stop usage by end of four weeks.

I began with Effexor a few years ago. It worked wonderfully at first, and then I experienced severe side effects. I switched to Cymbalta with great success without the side effects. I was diagnosed with degenerative facet changes, L-4, L-5. I had been on constant ADVIL for 1 month which does relieve the pain significantly. I was told about Zyflamend and that it was an "herbal supplement" with anti-inflammatory results. Since I wanted to get off the ADVIL, I tried Zyflamend. I recently started menopause and it actually came much earlier for me. I had been experiencing really bad moodswings and I feel as though this hormone pill really helped control that. In addition to that I was undergoing a divorce and a lot of stress at home and I feel that this hormone pill really made me calm down more and helped decrease my stress level.
