This was a life saver. After suffering close to 15 years of serious insomnia, I found GABA. It enables me to get 5-6 quality hours of sleep whereas I could not sleep for more than 1 hour at a time previously. I have taken several types of bc pills over the last 20 years and have never had such bad side effects as Levora. A few days after I began taking it I starting experiencing the worst dizziness and nausea that lasts all day. I feel absolutely awful and will be discontinuing.

I'm an athlete and I've realized days that I happen to drink green tea, I am a lot more dehydrated out on the track. I'm not sure if there is causation between green tea and dehydration, but there is certainly a correlation there.
