It helps some, but not a lot. I still have horrible reactions when I am around my worst allergens (ie: dogs, cats) even when I have taken Claritin 24 Hour that morning. For general seasonal allergies it does help keep them at bay enough that I can function. It can also help to dispel some of my headaches, if they are allergy and/or congestion-based.

Went to the doctor with an infected leg . I was treated .cleaned the area of infection on the leg and had some antibiotic cream applied. Three days later the leg wound was still infected with bacteria. I am 43 and after 21 years without seeing a physician, my family convinced me to see a doctor after I started suffering from depression.
