Prescribed by my doctor after surgery and it was a horrible experience. Did not want to take after the first time. Drug put me in a different mind frame. Very incoherent and dizzy with inability to clear mind. Very strange experience. Better able to tolerate the pain than this drug.

Sandostatin-Lar was very good at controlling my diarrea at first, but as the months wnet on I started to be very sick and had most of the serious side effects. Tingling in hands and feet, bloating leading to a lot of pain, vomiting acid, back ache, pain every time I ate due the wind build up. Day 4..... migraine today..eating....hardly in 2 days, and have had anxiety bouts for last 3. I will give this 2 weeks maybe 3 and then that's it. I had taken zoloft for about 2 years....tried ambien..hated it and went off anything for about 7 months but the depression started to come back so I figure it's worth a try.

I finished taking my last dose the day after christmas 2009. I felt fine until it was actually time to take the next scheduled dose. That is when my life had begun to change. I used Celexa for Anxiety. I think that it's use is indirectly used for anxiety and mostly directed to those with deep depression. I feel this is why i mainly felt tranquilized, tired nauseous, and my mind just felt cloudy. Used it for anxiety during school tests and it did not help, just lowered mental functionality and a felt very slow as to recall test material.
