For the first year that I was taking Yaz it was great - regular and much lighter periods, zero cramps, zero PMS. One time I had a migraine all day long and it was really debilitating. When nighttime came around, I couldn't sleep, so I took some Excedrin PM and the pain went away, and just like that I fell asleep. I didn't even wake up during the night and woke up feeling refreshed.
