Years ago tried Alphagan, but had to stop because of the BAD eye pain it caused. More recently tried it again, to lower eye pressure, but instead it ELEVATED eye pressures by 5 and 7 points!, and it caused a raft of side-effects, including extreme fatigue, irregular heartbeat, hair loss, agitation, redness around eyes, itchiness. Discontinued use after two months.

I take Meloxicam daily for arthritis pain in my hand and the pain is much better even though it does hurt from time to time. I have also noticed that my knee which used to give me a lot of pain no longer hurts. My wife says I don't whine anymore

After being diagnosed with epilepsy in March 2011 and having extemely painful terrifying focal and generalised grand mal seizures, I didn't want to take potent antiepileptic meds with very serious side effects. I was extremely fearful of further seizures and went online and researched anticonvulsive medication. Also have a very stressful life - abusive mother, autistic son and very acrimonious divorce. I recently discontinued Seroquel (last month) because of some mild tardive dyskinesia (in the form of mouth tics). The tics worsened after I stopped taking the medicine, but quickly improved and are now almost 100% gone.
