I was on Depo-Provera for 14 years, the first year I had occasional spotting for a period and then no period for 13 years. Ive been on this medication ever since I got diabetes, it has never given me any problems. I take 30 units in the morning and 15 units in the afternoon. And I have no complaints with this insulin shot.
