I use this drug for cold sores and it is very effective for shortening the duration of them. It also gets rid of the stinging involved with an outbreak. I have to take them at first tingle to shorten the duration. If it has already broken out then it is less effective.

Overall this drug was great. Even though I gave great skin now, my skin did improve. I thought my skin was really good to begin with but this just took things up to another level. I experienced a 12 pound weight loss and I was eating more then previous. I did have an increase in appetite but it didn't bother me because I was loosing so much weight. I drink green tea more of measures of personal preference rather than for health reasons. But I haven't seen any benefits as a result of drinking green tea alone.

I have been taking Lutera for 3 weeks now and I have never been so tired. No matter how long I sleep I yawn all day, I cant stay focused and I have no energy. I would not recommend this pill to anyone. It was not even prescribed by my doctor the pharmacy gave it to me as an alternative. I will be changing this as soon as possible.
