This medication also helps me breathe when I get an asthma attack but it takes a little bit longer than the albuterol and I do not get any side effects with xopenex like the fast heartbeat and tremors, so regarding side effects its better but it takes longer than the other medication.

I have used creatine for muscle mass building purposes. I would take the supplement immediately following my workout routine. I am fairly satisfied with the results of the supplement, as I have been able to increase my strength gradually over the past few years. I noticed a significant drop off in my energy (usually equating to as much as 10 pounds off maximum bench press) when I had not had creatine the day before.

(Using this pill for 2 1/2 years) Pros: Yasmin did a good job of preventing pregnancy, it cleared my skin and made my hair shiny. Cons: I've had more breast tenderness while on this pill, especially a week before my period, which I'm sure contributed to my mood swings. In the first year, I had issues with migraines, but that's calmed down during the second year. It also has been difficult to control my weight, which is my biggest issue with it. I love that they now have a generic drug for Keppra. Side affects kind of disappointing but would prefer the hair & calcium loss to seizures!!
