loved it initially, but now i am not so sold, going hoarse, having yeast issues and am still having to use my rescue inhaler almost daily. so i am not certain what benefit i am getting. planning on going off it but not certain on an alternative, singulair didn't work.

(Using this pill for 2 1/2 years) Pros: Yasmin did a good job of preventing pregnancy, it cleared my skin and made my hair shiny. Cons: I've had more breast tenderness while on this pill, especially a week before my period, which I'm sure contributed to my mood swings. i started taking the 800 ibuprofen when i had my knee injury about two weeks ago because i work on my feet for hours at a time and thought i needed it for the pain and inflamation. Its definitely help subside those side effects

I used Tolperisone as an alternative to Limptar in preventing leg muscle cramps. Tolperisone had the additional benefit of allowing me to do some creative re- search, realizing that both exercise and coffee would be necessary to keep my brain and body functioning for more than about 30 minutes. I have been on benicar a couple of weeks, although i feel alot better,i noticed a couple of side affects,musle cramping (minimal) notice i can't chew my food as long as my jaw gets very tired. incontinance at nights 2 times in 14 days.
