I've ttried several pills over the past couple of years due the awful cramps I get before my period and none of them worked for me. After almost 18 months of back pain so severe that I could not walk without being in agony for more than 2 minutes, now I can walk with little or no pain, am able to exercise again and so am starting to get fitter and lose weight.
