I usually only use motrin for headaches and menstrual cramps. It works really well for both.

A lot of random side effects that one taking prednisone should look into. Weight gain and an increase in appetite is a major one. My weight really fluxuate while on prednisone and due to severe asthma I can not regullarly excercise to keep the weight off.

Today my doctor told me to stop the Lipitor because my liver is "not happy". Since being on the drug, I have experienced lower cholesterol. BUT I have also had irregular heartbeat, weight gain especially abdominal, blood in my urine that the urologist can find no reason for, swollen hands and fingers, feet feel sore and hot but look normal, rashes on my arms, weakness in knees, and pain in my right side. There are a lot of reports about lower back pain and problems in the joints and muscles. This can apply to any statin, but effects seem to vary depending upon the drug and the person using it. There might also be some possibility of loss of memory. I have not experienced any of these personally, but it does make me feel a bit anxious at times. I am curious if anyone else has experienced anxiety or similar symptoms?

I do not like this drug. I feel like I'm having a heart attack sometimes, my hormones are out of whack, I'm having problems with being able to urinate. My vision is blurry. I cant exercize cuz my heart rate drops and I get winded and dizzy. I just don't feel good. I am having problems with my memory as well.

I have been taking lexapro on and off for about three years now, and I am a much better person on it. Without lexpro I am cranky, moody, depressed and very anxious. I can tell an immediate difference when I go off of it and know that this drug has benefits that out way any risks for me. I lead a whole new and better life because of it I am so thankful I was able to pinpoint the problem and be offered this solution.
