I have bacteria in my stomach and was prescribed prevpac. I have had just about every imaginable side effect or reaction including constant headache, diarrhea, nausea, awful metallic taste in mouth, small rash that did go away within 2 days, mild itching, yeast infection, muscle cramps and pains, and awful dizziness. my daughter now has had brething problems ever since getting these round of shots. tightness in chest,wheezing,can't catch her breath, any and every breathing problem you can think of. we've had to take her to the emergency room and shes been to the doctor several times and still going to the doctor. she's had perfect attendance in school for over 6 years until this shot, now she's already missed 11 days of school at least this year. if i had it to do over again, i would've never gotten this... Tussionex sucks in comparison to the hydrocodone/guaifenesin combo products taken off the market. It's time release properties are crap, it doesn't work. The antitussive properties of the hydrocodone component are far less apparent than in previous formulas. Also, very expensive.
