I have ADD and have been taking Adderall and Adderall XR for over 10 years. I have had weird heart beats and when I work out I sometimes feel like my heart rate is way too high for the level activity that I'm doing. I feel like it's probably not a huge deal if you're planning on taking it temporarily but I do not recommend long term use. It's very effective but the heart risks that come with it are not worth it. I love all of the Excedrin Migraine medicines. So far it is the only thing that works for me. It is unfortunate that the side effects are extremely strong. I don't handle caffeine well at all, so these pills make me very anxious. They keep me up at night, I have alot of energy and once it gave me diarhhea. The most important thing is, it gets rid of the migraine!
